ZOMFG, I think I'm addicted to the back-swipe kicks. You're supposed to grab hold of your leg and keep your balance while holding it there just behind your head, but for now, I think I'll just stick with forming a very nice leg angle:) so arabesque, heh. I really need to warm my back up. And I think I shall stop doing back kicks now, my shoulders are aching. |
