HELLO.
"Contrariwise," continued Tweedledee, "if it was so, it might be; and if it were so, it would be; but as it isn't, it ain't. That's logic."

Went to Orchard MRT to meet Xinying, Kangsheng, Eunice and Jieying to go to Mr Seetoh's wedding. Reached there and found no one in sight, so asked Jieying whether she'd arrived or not and TADAH. Turns out I won the race and was the first one there. Jeeesh.

Then found Xinying and we went wandering through Wisma Atria and Takashimaya and Kinokuniya (yayaya:) Finally the others arrived and we set off. We wandered around the area again before finding out that we'd met at the wrong stop. We should have met at DHOBY GHAUT. kjkls. By the time we reached there we were half an hour late. Then when we went in they were singing hymns, so we went to a pew, settled in and stood there for the next ten minutes thinking pious thoughts:)

After that we all sat down, and we could see the couple at the altar.

Kangsheng: Oi. Did we come to the wrong wedding or not?

Eunice: I don't think so...

The groom turns around to look at the bride.

Eunice: Looks like him. Yep.

Then after the "I do-s", the groom made his speech.

Me: Yep. It's definitely the guy. He can't speak Chinese to save his life.

Then after the ceremony they had a photoshoot and due to some error in the emcee's pronounciation the 4Faith2002 delegation ended up in the same photoshoot as the PEPS p3 kids. grr. We got taunted by Miss Yap and Mrs Kwan later.
*dunks head in ice-cold water*

During the buffet reception, the reknown gourmet conniseur Xinying took extreme pleasure in sampling the food. Repeatedly. Until we wanted to go and see Mr Seetoh and I charitably helped her finish up.

After attacking the guest book out of revenge (we worked up a mayhem with the glitter colourpens and scared the living daylights out of the receptionists), we returned to the chapel for another round of vengence on the groom for forgetting and mixing up our names (how Nicholas ended up as Meng Fai, I will never know). In the end, after getting his handphone number, we left. Kangsheng abandoned us at Plaza Singapura and the remaining members of the party went to take Neoprints.

Lesson learnt: Let someone else decorate the Neoprints. Neo Decor is one area of artistic application I will never excel in :(

However, my comrades performed excellently, and after that we parted, and I spent a long ride back to Bukit Batok, with my MP3's continous playing the only source of comfort to my sian-ness.

Sth I promised to upload yesterday but blogger refused to. Conclusion. Dancing penguins ARE adorable. I cannot imagine Frodo Baggins acting as a penguin, haha.

Penguin riverdance, esp with that last bit where they dance in front of the ppl who arrived in the helicopter.
